Ducky Shine 7 Blackout MK Exclusive First Release RGB LED Double Shot PBT Mechanical Keyboard

It was worth the wait! Due to the pandemic, supply chain issues and popularity, I had to wait months and months and months. But it was worth it! I finally have my Ducky, threw the Corsair in the trash. The quality is top notch and I haven't had the paint chipping issue. I like the fact you can program the keyboard on the keyboard itself, no software needed. But the software does make it nice and easy. The RGB leds are nice and bright but not in your face bright, I like that. Typing is not spongy, clunky, or too loud. For me I think the brown switches are the sweet spot.

Love the keyboard, only gripe is it chips like crazy which makes it look cheap. Looking for something else now.

shine 7 blackout edition, love the way the red silent switches feel, have had the keyboard for lil over 2 years. Unfortunately the paint chipped less than one month of owning it specifically by the spacebar area.

I got the shine 7 blackout edition with silver switches, and couldn't be happier. I've had my keyboard for about a month now and haven't really noticed any of the paint chipping off in excessive amounts. Only have one spot on the top of the keyboard thats chipped and another on the bottom right corner, but not anything that would make me dislike the keyboard. RGB effects look amazing, the keycaps and switches feel great. I absolutely love the blackout look of this keyboard and can see myself using this as my primary gaming keyboard for a long time. Software is easy to use, but I do wish that It offered more. Compared to corsair and razor's rgb softwares, the things you can customize with this one are quite limited. For example, I absolutely love the raindrop mode on this keyboard, but you cannot change the brightness of the RGB effects, thus making it look quite dull to the other RGB modes. I also cannot have two active rgb effects. ex: i enable raindrop mode on my whole computer, then want to add type lighting as well, i have to enable the type lighting on the individual keys I want it on and it will take place of the raindrop mode and will not run both at the same time. (sorry if i am not explaining it well) I'm sure this keyboard will hold up very well, but to be honest I don't really move my keyboard much unless I am cleaning it or my desk from dust so I can't be sure how well it would hold up if you were moving this keyboard from one area to the next often.
