Bought this one with Kailh Box White switches. The quality of the keyboard itself is pretty good. No twists - the metal plate does its job. But the keycap quality is bad. The plastic is very thin and feels cheap. The USB cable is to thick and hard. It slips out of the guide whenever you move it. Who decided that using finger-thick (like for 5 kW oven) fabric braided cables is a good idea? Also I bought another keycap set. Everything was fine until I replaced the space. The new keycap was much more solid and heavier. The switch don't have enough force to quickly raise the keycap back. It feels sluggish and flabby. Maybe it's because of the bad mechanical construction of the space. You know this metal brace in all long keys. I tried to replace the spring in the switch, but I gave up because the keyboard can't be easily disassembled. All these things would've been acceptable for a 60 bucks keyboard, but for 109 I expected better quality.

I have used this keyword at work everyday for the last 2 years and I love it. The keys are quiet, my cube neighbors can't even tell that I am using a mechanical keyboard. The keys wobble a little bit more than cherry, but its no big deal and does not effect typing or noise. These are way quieter than the Cooler Master cherry brown keyboard I use at home, and the same if not better build quality.
I also own a matias keyboard using these same switches and that one is somehow even quieter than this v80, but the keys on that one feel a little more wobbly.
I also like the double shot color scheme, but thats just personal preference.

High quality keyboard with little flex in the case, detachable gold plated cable, cable routing, and rubber riser feet. The Matias Quiet Linear switches are interesting. They are linear with hard bottom out that almost gives a tactile feel. They are great for training yourself how to touch type and would recommend to anyone who is looking for a very light typing switch. They also work great for gaming and haven't had any issues switching to these from MX Browns.

I wanted a White switch (quiet Browns), TKL, PBT or high quality keys and the White and Blue Olivette caps.
The switches are ok, it is TKL, the feel of the caps are better than normal ABS. Unfortunately the color of the caps is not what I bought. They color is more like link except the lettering is very dark blue.

I called Mechanical Keyboard and sent pictures hoping that this was just a shipping mistake. They told me that the reference picture was taken with better lighting.
If you havent used Matias before then be aware that they do wobble significantly. You will notice the difference. On the positive side they are quiet enough for the office.

The keyboard case is snap fit, twists a bit, not very sturdy or solid feeling. Usb cable slips out of the guide whenever you move it. Vertical press/release sound is damped, but the keys wobble so much they make a terrible racket on their own. The wobble means that these are not "quiet" click at all, more like "rattle" click. If they keycap profile was lower, maybe the wobble wouldn't be so horrible. I'd return this if I didn't have to pay international shipping, import tax/fees, and restocking fee (basically the cost of this keyboard). Final impression: this keyboard is loud, poorly constructed, and the keys wobble all over the place. I can't belive what a piece of garbage it is, sold as a premum product. In this case the emperor really does have no clothes.

This keyboard is very well-built and the Olivette keycaps on this one are very easy to read. The Matias Quiet Click keys are excellent and have good feedback but are still quiet enough for using at the office.
