  • Good Board, Bad LEDs

The keyboard is a solidly built mother, with a good weighted base, rear legs that don't feel like they're held by crappy plastic legs and a prayer, and they give you the four calculator and volume keys. The white-on-white aesthetic is great to look at and their switches (red user here) feel nice. Finally, all the keys are responsive too, so no diminished quality there either.
However, the LEDs are another story. Another story altogether. After about a week or two, all of the LEDs right of the main 75% of the board died a slow and painful death, slowly flickering for a few days before dying completely - with the odd exception of the scroll and number lock toggles. Pretty disappointing, although I bought the LED model for the main 60% of the board anyhow.
Good aesthetics, good functionality, but if you want a budget board that won't have LEDs crap out on you, then it's best to look elsewhere.

  • After owning for more than a year and having used it for work 5 days a week, 5 LEDs have died and at least 10 different keys have become inconsistent with responsiveness (would have to press a key more than once to get it to register).

As per my previous review, this is a great keyboard aesthetically & functionally; however, its quality diminishes too quickly.

  • What I've been looking for aesthetically & functionally:
%u2022 white or black keys with white case
    %u2022 white LED
    %u2022 volume and calculator keys
    %u2022 Numerical pad
    %u2022 brown switches

Having met the whole criteria and for the sale price I purchased it for, this is perfect!
