Switches are now sold in bundles of 10. One order = 10x switches. Ten orders = 100x switches! All Zilent V2s have reduced wobble that's less than Holy Pandas, while managing to be even more tactile with a bigger, smoother bump as well. Bump starts at the very top of the keypress, no pre-travel.

Zilent V2 switches come in 4 variants. They are rated at "bottom out" force, not actuation! Dampener has been redesigned, tactility has been improved as well.

Tactile feeling for the different weights:

62g Zilents - Smooth, crisp and light, a bit heavier than MX Browns in weight, but offer a much smoother experience with a crisper and large tactile bump feedback when compared to Holy Pandas. Lightest variant Zilent.
65g Zilents - Smooth, long, drawn out tactile bump from the top. Nice cushion during bottom out.
67g Zilents - "Crisp & responsive" tactile bump feeling at the very top with more cushion during bottom out than 65g Zilent V2.
78g Zilents - For those that prefer a slightly lighter MX Clear, but want a bigger and smoother bump than MX Clears / Holy Pandas. Tactile bump is round and snappy at the very top. From beginning to end, the spring is heavier than all other Zilent variants.

Please note that PCB mounted switches can still be used in many plate mounted keyboards. As long as your PCB underneath has 2 extra holes next to the center post, it will support PCB Mounted switches and add extra rigidity to your build. If your PCB does not have the extra holes, then you can simply cut the small plastic legs off to make them Plate-Mount!

  • I really dig these switches. Good tactile feel, works with RGB on my Keychron board. Some other reviewers had issues with quality control - I personally did not have any issues. All 30 of my ordered switches worked fine, and I plan to get more soon.

  • Poor quality control. Some of the switches stick half way down right out of the bag. If you don't hit the key dead center, they will act more like linear switches. Then, finally, the metal contacts are wider than my previous switches, so they don't even fit in correctly.

  • Favorite switches, by a long shot. Wonderful bump without being too harsh.

  • The tactile feel of these are great, however the switches themselves are rendered useless due to either a design flaw or bad quality control.

The channel for the stem has enough play in it that if you don't press straight down on the key, it won't register a press. This is fine for certain keys that often have some kind of stability or correction around them, but for many keyboards that use the cherry-mx style switches, this is limited to the larger keys like spacebar and maybe return, shift, etc For the rest of the keys, if your fingers don't press straight down and bottom out the switch, there's a high probability that it won't register.

I thought this was a one-off, but every switch in my pack has this issue. Maybe it was a bad run, but I feel that's unlikely. Again, the bump is nice and crisp, but how the switch feel is meaningless if they don't actually register presses reliably.
