Had this keyboard almost a year & a half and use it for office work and gaming.
Having previously used mechanical keyboards, I wanted a low profile keyboard to match the feeling of laptop keyboards since it's more comfortable to type on with long nails due to shorter actuation. Definitely recommend low profile to anyone who commonly gets their nails done and types with their nails vs pads of their fingers (in that case, your nails would go in-between the keys and a regular mechanical would be better)
Absolutely love the layout since I use a number pad often in my work. I have the red switches and typing feels quick and satisfying, unobtrusive for gaming and quiet for the office. Keys feel properly stabilized so I don't feel I've missed any keys.
I don't mind the lack of software for the RGB lighting, but it's weird when the "starburst" or "firework" setting has colours that you can't choose manually. It feels like a missed opportunity since the colours exist (the pinks and whites) but they're inaccessible.
Small annoyance on arrival was the board wasn't properly balanced while flat & wiggles. Flicking the keyboard stand up fixes this problem, but a little annoying it exists in the first place. Because of the aluminum board (not sure if it's because of something else too) it produces a bit of a "tinny" high pitched sound while you type. It's not particularly loud, but you might notice it once in awhile.
Problems that have come up over a year of usage includes spotty bluetooth connection, "Enter" key having difficulties registering, "1" on the number bar double-registers, "Alt Gr" keycap paint started chipping off, and my W keycap snapped off, leaving the prongs inside of the switch.
This is my dream layout but the current longevity of this board does not give me confidence for it to be a daily driver and unfortunately I will not be repurchasing.
Love the layout and the build quality. But please make it available with blue switches (much smoother then the whites), add some contour to the keycaps, and some simple white backlight would be great.
The only problem I have with it is the space bar must be pressed towards the center or it will not function properly. Other than that I love it.
Purchased in Feb 2021. It's now June and the key switches are already failing, making it worse than useless for actual typing or coding. In my case BACKSPACE and E are failing to register or double-registering -- probably not a coincidence that those are pretty commonly hit keys.
Durability matters!
