It's a good looking keyboard, but it has really bad ping and it comes with a mini USB cable. Had I known this, I would have bought something else. I'm not a big keyboard enthusiast, and would prefer not to have to lube my keys or learn to solder to have a decent keyboard.

Cherry MX Blues, fantastic addition to the collection.
Pluses: Fantastic build quality, nice weight, solid frame. Beautiful enough to offset the negatives. I have never regretted a Varmilo (have several).
Negatives: Suffers the same issue as most other Varmilo's under Ubuntu -- you will need to run the keyboard flash utility to get the media keys to work.
Just request from Varmilo support, and they will email you the utility. Maybe one day they will flash the ROM before they ship. One minor thing -- it is 2021 and still no USB C, still a 16 year old micro-b USB, so 2005. ;)
