  • Pros:
    - Very nice body, with a solid weight for the size.
    - Keycaps are very good, and high quality, can't really say anything good or bad specifically, and RGB goes through them nicely.
    - TTC Hearts are an absolute joy to use. I am only now getting into these more specific mechanical keyboards, but I will say that the actuation distance is good, the sound is nice and deep but not overbearing, and overall I just like them a lot, going from Cherry MX Silver.
    - The secondary function layout is good, and the macros are pretty accessible, just find the instructions online.
    Cons:
    - RGB is not per key.
    - The weight on the back, at least in my case, has some incredibly illegible writing on it, seemingly having some weird paste on the back. You obviously will never look at it, except when cleaning and unpacking, but knowing that its there is a bit annoying.

Overall I think its a rather good keyboard for a solid price, with the TTC Heart switches it feels very responsive and versatily for any purpose such as gaming or typing up essays for university. Being a 60%, its small and mobile, and you won't have problems using it in any conditions.

  • wish the rgb was per key lighting for over 100 bucks but its an insane entry keyboard, if it was hot swappable itd be worth every penny, if you game get the silvers if not get what you like it wont disappoint.

  • To inform you before I dive deeper into this review, I want to clarify I'm using Cherry MX red switches and this is my first mechanical keyboard. I also don't game.

    Overall rating: 4.7/5

Being my first mechanical keyboard, I didn't know loud it was going to be. The loudness exceeded my expectations. Maybe the Silent cherry MX reds may be quiet, but this keyboard is LOUD. Now I'm not complaining; I do like the noise of linear switches and a mechanical keyboard in general. I do hear a little bit of spring noise once in a while, but otherwise, I think it sounds good. NOTE MY KEYBOARD WAS NOT MODDED, IT WAS BOX STOCK.

I haven't used a keyboard with proper stabilizers. I've either used membrane keyboards with no stabilizers, or with stabilizers that slide into thin, cheap, plasticky keycaps themselves. Without bottoming out the keys, I do feel a little bit of wobble with the stabilizers, but it wasn't anything I was shocked to see. I did expect a little bit of wobble with the stabilizers. I'm sure the tape mod or lubing them would work just fine, but I don't mind how the stock stabilizers feel and feel it's unnecessary. The Cherry MX switches feel a little wobbly, but still feel like a high quality, nice switch.

The keycaps feel high quality. In some areas I do notice a little bit of dark spots, but for what they are, they display all the colors from the RGB Leds and let light shine through nicely without bleeding. The light modes are very nice and easy to change with the keyboard's FN ALT T shortcut.

The box does come with a spare spacebar, (Which I find has a less thicker noise and seems more scratchy for some reason) extra other keycaps, a keycap puller, the cable that has a nice cold color on the USB Type C and USB ends, and a dust cover that I actually use.

the manual was okay. The different languages were all mixed together making it hard to navigate, but it could've been worse. The packaging was nice and the quality of the keyboard seemed nice overall. The two adjustable legs and the rubber pads on the bottom help find your sweet spot and despite having a plastic case, I do agree with many of the reviewers, it does feel solid and I couldn't feel any flex. (I think I do tend to type quite hard too) the metal plate on the bottom was a nice touch, but I do wish the print on the back that shows the logos would be a sticker that does not come installed on the keyboard out of the box and is just an extra thing you could stick on if you would like. the cable fits into the keyboard nicely and is thee side leading to the keyboard is USB type C. (Yay!)

To summarize, I think this keyboard is high quality and the build seems nice and thought out. the keyboard feels really good and I see why there's so much hype around it. I'm still getting used to the 60% layout without arrow keys, but if you enjoy 60% keyboards, this is the keyboard for you.

(I did notice when I hold down on FN too long I can't type and it goes to the extra commands on the side of the keycaps only. I have to hold the two window keys or hold down FN until the lights blink, but it's not a big concern)

    Thanks, Allen

  • So happy with this keyboard!! First time with thick jade switches too and they feel awesome!

  • Overall this keyboard is an absolute beast, both in performance and aesthetics. Everything about this keyboard is top quality. Along with the keyboard, you also get yellow keycaps and a raging bull space bar. Big thanks to MK for super fast shipping in less than a week!

  • Love this board all be it my first 60%. But seems to be a pretty solid board. Thanks MK super fast shipping you guys rock.
